At Historical Medallions, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our replicas and collectibles. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the medallion in its original velvet case or display box, ensuring it is padded within a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our numismatists verify the condition of the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
